Together with GoodPlace (Slovenia Green), Green Destinations is hosting a special program for its Representatives, Preferred Partners, Global Leaders and active GD Ambassadors to better support them in their work.

Presentation of new Green Destinations Awards and the 2019 Sustainable Top 100 are going to be unveiled. The ceremony will be staged in the beautiful Mali Lošinj’ Apoxyomenos Museum.

Afternoon field trip in Mali Lošinj (14:30-17:00)

Join us to discover the most emblematic spots of the Island of Lošinj. On this tour we will visit:

    • Garden of fine scents (Mali Lošinj), a plantation of over 250 species of wild aromatic herbs.
    • The Tower – Museum of Lošinj (Veli Lošinj) a freestanding circular Tower built in the 15th century.
    • Blue World Institute (Veli Lošinj) the institute for research and protection of sea and marine organisms, as well as education on  marine ecosystem and endangered marine species.
    • Parish Church of Sv. Antun Opat (Veli Lošinj) A monument to the glory of Veli Lošinj seamen,
      but also their last resting place. B
      uilt from 1767 to 1774 according to the designs of the Venetian architect Bereng. 
    • Theme viewpoint Providenca (Mali Lošinj) Place that combines a 300 m long educational trail Apsyrtides and a viewpoint to enjoy the beauty of these islands.

Post-conference options

• Option 1: Visit to Plitviče Lakes National Park.

Visit to the National Park and then proceed to Zagreb city/ airport.

Departure from Hotel Bellevue: 08:00.

Expected arrival in Zagreb: 21:00.

• Option 2: Early-morning transfer by coach direct to Zagreb City/ Airport.

Departure from Hotel Bellevue: 06:45.

Expected arrival:  12:00.
